The book serves as a reflection for both young parents and those who've already experienced the trials of parenthood, emphasizing the universality of the parental journey. The book provides a window into the emotional landscape of parenting, guiding readers through the highs and lows of this universal journey. I was personally facing various types of problems nowadays with my parents but after reading this book I can understand their perspective and how things work for them also. This book is of only 148 pages. Author did a brilliant job in writing this book. The thing I liked most about the book is that there was also humour present in the book and the element was not lost. Gupta's narrative also addresses the unconscious transmission of emotional baggage to children and highlights the challenge of expecting them to fulfill unresolved needs and how this emotional baggage hampers the well being of the children and stays with them as a unresolved conflict. The author's insightful and relatable exploration of motherhood, infused with humor, vulnerability, and wisdom, makes "Me 'N' Mine" a compelling read for anyone navigating the intricate path of parenthood.
